What size should I order?

We recommend ordering your pre-pregnancy size. We also have a sizing chart for your reference.

Help! My card was declined!

Double check that you entered the correct billing address for the credit/debit card you are using. Many times your billing address for your card and your shipping address are not the same. Also, double check that the name you entered in the billing address matches the name on the card.

Do you have a catalog?

No, we do not have a print catalog at this time. Our website allows us to add items and update our availability every day. Please check our website often to see new styles!

How do e-gift cards work?

E-gift cards come in the form of email. You can purchase an e-gift card online or in our store. The e-gift card will be emailed directly to the recipient or to yourself, just enter in the valid email address of the intended recipient along with a message upon checkout. A code will be given to use on a future purchase for the amount indicated. The full amount of the card must be used for the purchase, and cannot be divided between multiple transactions. We do not offer paper certificates or gift cards at this time.

Do you have a retail store?

We do not have a retail store at this time.

ORDERS

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes can be redeemed during the order checkout process. To redeem enter the coupon code in the "coupon code" field during checkout. The coupon code reduces the subtotal of your order and does not apply to sales tax or shipping costs. Sign up to receive news and promos on milanmaternity.com to start receiving special coupon codes to save you money!

Payment Options

Milanmaternity.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept ATM/Check cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos on them. We do not accept cash, checks or CODS.

International Orders

We do offer shipping on international orders. Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. We do not have information on customs or duties, and we are unable to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your order. Milan Maternity is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will we issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes. Shipping times for international orders will vary by country.

Sales Tax

We are obligated to charge sales tax in the state in which our business is located. Your online purchase will be charges sales tax if you reside in Idaho.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Milan Maternity accepts returns of regular priced, unwashed, unworn merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping. A refund will be made in the payment form originally received. All products must have its original tags attached, or a refund cannot be extended. Any sale items purchased are not eligible for a refund; however, the items may be returned for exchange or in-store credit. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Milan Maternity is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any unworn, unwashed merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit, minus shipping. All products must have its original tags attached, or an exchange cannot be extended. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned package. If no items are selected for exchange, you will be issued a store credit code to be used toward your next purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days to have the exchange processed. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Milan Maternity is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Defective Merchandise/Incorrect Item

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please return the item(s) within 14 days via Standard mail and we will be happy to exchange the item for you as well as reimburse your return shipping. Replacement item(s) will be shipped to you upon the receipt of the defective merchandise. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Milan Maternity is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

SHIPPING

Shipping Methods

We offer 3 types of USPS shipping methods:

  • Parcel Post (6-10 days)
  • Priority (2-3 days)
  • Express (1-2 days)

We make every effort to ship out all orders within two business days. Please allow 6-10 business days for standard shipping. PO Box orders will be sent via Priority Mail.

*Please be aware that shipping delays may occur during the holiday season and/or on national or public holidays.

All international orders, including Canada, must choose the international shipping option. Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Reshipping Fees
